Update 0.2.1

Just posting a quick update. This update includes a lot of what I like to call "quality" features that just make the gameplay feel better. These quality features include: bullet hole decals, bullet impact sounds, UI damage indicator, a permanent crosshair for easier interaction, screen shake, and a myriad of bugfixes.

I have also been working on some new features for Level 03, including grenades, sniper rifles, and a new sniper enemy. No promises on when Level 03 will be finished!
